Returns and Refunds
Equipment can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. There is 20% restocking fee.
The following criteria must be met for a return:
- Product must be in original condition, still new or like-new, without cracks, dents or scratches.
- Product must not be damaged by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
- Product must include all original accessories.
- Product must be in original packaging.
If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
How to Return an Order:
1. In order to return an order, please reply to your original order confirmation email and request a return for a refund.
2. Shipping instructions will be sent to your email.
3. Prepare the package and shipping documents according to provided instructions.
4. Pack your item safely.
5. Ship your package by dedicated courier service.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
You’ll receive your refund within 5 business days after the return package is received and inspected.
Warranty
Warranty period for products purchased at dunehd.us is 1 year.
The following criteria must be met for a warranty service:
- Product has a manufacturing defect (NOTE: by-design functional or software limitations, e.g. limited compatibility with particular media content, limited compatibility with particular applications, limited compatibility with particular equipment, software limitations or software bugs, etc, are not considered to be a manufacturing defect.)
